Cliff Hall was born on the Blackfeet Reservation January 2, 1965. Attended the Browning School system and graduated from Browning High School. Attended the University of Montana and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with a Minor in Wildlife Biology. Employed with the federal government US Department of Agriculture and US Bureau of Indian Affairs for 28 years and retired. Returned to employment status after successfully being selected as the Hydrology Instructor at Blackfeet Community College until present
