- Work-Based Learning build on students’ academic experience and career interest. This gives the students the experience that is informed by workplace standards and is connected to students’ learning outcomes.
- Workforce would like to adapt apprenticeship programs for today’s economy and make it more integral part of our education and training in order to increase access to quality jobs, and offer a complementary pathway that provides employers access to high quality candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
