Blackfeet Community College invites students, staff, and community members to participate in Health Day, a campus-wide celebration focused on wellness, healing, and cultural strength.

About Health Day
Health Day is a celebration of strength, resilience, and perseverance through self-care and well-being. The event brings together traditional knowledge, physical wellness activities, and creative expression to support holistic health.
The theme reflects the Blackfeet values of balance and healing:

Self-Care Activities and Wellness Stations
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of hands-on wellness and cultural activities, including:
- Haircuts
- Massage and Reiki
- Yoga and exercise sessions
- Gardening activities
- Art projects
- Meditation practices
- Smudging: “The Healing Power of Smudge”
- Fishing, hunting, trapping, and hiking education
- Herbs, roots, and berries teachings
Product and Wellness Stations
Explore natural and wellness-based resources, including:
- Native organic skin care
- Native organic herbs
- Game and fish protein
- Vitamins and minerals
- Organic juices
- Bath bombs
Additional Highlights
- Free lunch will be provided
