Gathering of Indigenous Student Researchers at Montana State University

March 5, 2026

Indigenous undergraduate students are invited to attend the Gathering of Indigenous Student Researchers at Montana State University this April. The event is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive space for Indigenous students who are involved in—or interested in exploring—research opportunities.

Students are welcome to present a research poster, though presenting is not required. Attendees can also participate simply to learn more about research, explore potential paid research opportunities, and connect with fellow Indigenous students from across the region.

All meals and hotel accommodations will be provided for participating students.

Call for TCU Instructors

Tribal College and University instructors are encouraged to attend and help accompany student participants. Travel expenses, including food and gas, will be covered, and instructors will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development workshops designed specifically for TCU educators.
