Fall 2025 Launch: Piikani Culture Club Begins at BFCC
Blackfeet Community College is excited to invite students to join the newly formed Piikani Culture Club, an opportunity to connect with our identity as Niitsitapi, learn traditional ways of life, and strengthen cultural pride within our campus community.

This club is designed to bring students together to explore the Piikani way of life through hands-on learning, community connection, and storytelling from Knowledge Keepers and Elders.
What Students Can Expect
Members of the Piikani Culture Club will have the opportunity to participate in:

Teachings from Elders and Knowledge Keepers

Field trips to cultural and historical Piikani sites

Traditional arts and crafts instruction

Language learning

Songs, drumming, and hand games
This is more than a club—it is a movement to honor who we are as Piikani people, while empowering the next generation to carry our values forward.
