Calling for Partners for the Annual Health Day Event
Blackfeet Community College and Culture & Hope are inviting community partners to participate in this year’s Health Day celebration, taking place May 7 on the BFCC campus.
This year’s theme, Sokimmohsit | Iipaitapiiyit – Kii | Iksimatsi – Taki (Isk-skom-mits-koi-stom), carries the message:
“Feel Good | Be Alive | Be Glad.”
Health Day is a celebration of strength, resilience, and perseverance, highlighting the importance of self-care, wellness, and community connection. The event brings together organizations, programs, and local partners who are committed to supporting the health and well-being of the Blackfeet Nation.
BFCC is currently seeking community partners, programs, and organizations interested in hosting a booth, sharing resources, or providing wellness activities during the event. Health Day offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with students, families, and community members while promoting services that support physical, mental, emotional, and cultural wellness.
