BFCC Students Invited to Egg Mountain Expedition

Blackfeet Community College students have the opportunity to take part in a special learning experience at Egg Mountain in Choteau, Montana, on September 18, 2026.

The Egg Mountain Expedition Project will give students the chance to spend the afternoon with a paleontologist and tour the renowned Egg Mountain site. This educational opportunity is sponsored by the Museum of the Rockies and will allow students to learn more about paleontology, fossil discoveries, and the scientific importance of the area.

Free transportation will be provided for participating students.

The expedition is open to interested BFCC students who would like to expand their learning beyond the classroom and experience paleontology firsthand.
