ATD Emergency Aid: Supporting You Through Unexpected Financial Hurdles
We know that sudden financial emergencies can be stressful, especially while you’re working toward your educational goals. Whether you’re aiming to graduate, transfer, or start a new career, Blackfeet Community College wants to help you stay on track.
That’s why we offer ATD Emergency Aid funding — a program designed to help students overcome unexpected financial challenges and maintain academic momentum.
What You Need to Know

One-time, vendor-paid award: Payments go directly to vendors, not students.

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis: Apply anytime until funds run out.

ATD Project Success: Emergency Aid Program
The Emergency Aid Program helps students facing sudden financial emergencies stay enrolled and continue pursuing their education. By addressing immediate needs, the program ensures that you can focus on your studies, meet your goals, and build long-term economic stability.
2025–26 Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

Enrolled in at least 6+ credits at BFCC for the term.

FAFSA on file: Your FAFSA will be used to determine eligibility.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 1.99 (unless you’re a first-time, first-year student).

Upload a current, valid invoice or billing statement. Old invoices or handwritten bills will not be accepted.

Non-degree and dual-enrolled students are not eligible.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Log in, follow the prompts, upload all required documents, and submit your request
Award Payments

Awards are determined case-by-case, up to $500 per student, with only one payment per approved student.

Payments are sent directly to the vendor, not to the student.

Funds are subject to availability and not all applicants will receive the maximum amount.

Emergency Aid is granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin.

The committee’s decisions are final.
