Q: How do I get my Transcripts?
A: Any student requesting an Official or Unofficial transcript must complete a transcript request, including a signature and date. Transcript requests can be found in the Registrar’s office or downloaded from the BCC website. The transcript request can be mailed or faxed into the Registrar’s office. The cost is $2.00 per transcript or $10.00 if the transcript needs to be faxed. Payment must be received before the request can be processed. Transcripts can be mailed from the Registrar’s Office or picked up in person at the Registrar’s office.

Q: How do I get a copy of my class schedule?
A: A student can get a copy of their class schedule in the Registrar/Admissions offices.

Q: How do I enroll at BCC?
A: A first-time student needs to complete an admissions packet, which includes a BCC application as well as bring in their supporting documentation such as immunization record; if Native American proof of enrollment or descendancy; verification of high school diploma and transcript or GED; and official transcripts from other colleges attended. A returning student may need to fill out a Re-Admission form and update their file if any of their information has changed. After the student’s application is complete the student needs to see an advisor who will assist them in registering for classes.

Q: When can I get my diploma?
A: Diplomas are ready three (3) months after commencement ceremonies. Diplomas are NOT mailed out, they can be picked up in the Registrar’s office.
