AS Degree of Accounting:

The Accounting Associate of Science Degree prepares the students with the fundamental knowledge and skills to begin building a career in Accounting or to prepare for the completion of a bachelor degree. This degree includes computerized accounting software, payroll accounting, tax preparation and all the fundamentals of accounting to prepare and analyze financial reports.

AS Degree of Business Management:

The Business Management Degree provides the students with the fundamental knowledge and skills to begin building a career in business, management or to continue and complete a bachelor degree. The program covers key areas of economics, management, accounting and business law.

AIBL: American Indian Business Leaders (Student Organization)

AIBL is the only American Indian non-profit organization solely dedicated to empowering business students in the United States. Our programs are designed to engage students in activities that stimulate, enhance, and expand educational experiences beyond traditional academic methods. All students are encouraged to participate in AIBL regardless of race, academic major, or career objectives.

Certificate – Agri-Business Certificate

The Agri-BusinessOne Year Certificate will provide students with methods, theories, and knowledge in the Business and Agricultural emphasis. The knowledge and skill set gained are for 1.The expansion and goal to be a successful Agri-Business person on the Blackfeet Reservation, and 2. To gain the knowledge and skills needed to apply for USDA Agricultural positions of employment on or near the Blackfeet Reservation.

Certificate – Records Information Technology

Records Information Management One-Year Certificate provides students with the methods for developing and controlling office records. Organized record keeping is vital to legal, business and other companies that must stay in compliance with regulations in regards to the United States government’s records policy. National record association handbooks will be utilized as part of this curriculum. Along with the Records I and II classes, a Tribal Records course has been developed, which is the first of its kind for Tribal Colleges and Universities. The BCC students will study the first recorded documents with the US government. The Tribal Records course begins with the Blackfoot Treaties and Agreements then progresses to Blackfeet Tribal current issues. Included are the records of the Elouise Cobell(Blackfeet) class action lawsuit against the United States for the mismanagement of trust funds. (RIM1, RIM11, and Tribal Records will be offered online by Springof2019.)
